Payment

All Pricing on 4mum.com.au is in Australian Dollars (AUD)and includes GST of 10%. Prices are subject to change without notice but once an order is placed, your price will be honoured.

4mum accepts payment via credit card, cheque or direct deposit. Goods will not be delivered until payment has been cleared.


How much is delivery?

Delivery  in Australia is charged at a flat rate of $8.95(inclusive of GST) and is delivered via Courier or Australia Post. Delivery within Australia is usually 3-10 working days.Please refer to Delivery for more informaion.

Should I consult my doctor before using herbs, essential oils…during pregnancy?

How can I place an order?

There are three ways to place an order:

•    Place your order online “4mum.com.au”

•    Email your order to sales@4mum.com.au (payment via direct deposit / cheque)

•     By phone 1300 662 187  and place your order (payment via direct deposit/ cheque)


How can I pay for my order?

Three payment methods are available to our customers:

•    Credit Card:  We accept Visa and MasterCard.

•    EFT (bank transfer):  After you confirm the order you will be provided with our account details.

•    Cheque Order:  After you confirm the order you will be given our mailing details.

Payment in full must be received before orders are dispatched.


Why do I need to register?

You only need to register at “4MUM” if you are making a purchase. By registering you are initiating an account that only you may access. You may access your account by using your email address and a password that you have created. Only you will have access to this information. Once registered you can see your order history, gift registry and change your shipping details and logout of your account. We do not store your credit card details on this site.

How do I register?

It is easy; you can select "MY ACCOUNT" at any stage. You will be presented with two options "New Customer" OR "Existing Customer". If you are a "New Customer" complete all the details and select register. If you are an "Existing Customer" you can access your account by using your email address and password. Once you have finished shopping you will be presented with the option to log in.


What if I forget my password?

If you ever forget your password, at the login stage, choose the option "Lost password".  You will be then prompted to enter your email address.  Your password will then be forwarded to this email address.

Can I modify my order?

Please contact us within 24 hrs on 1300 662187 or email: customercare@4mum.com.au
If your order has not been shipped we will try and modify/cancel order. If order has been dispatched, please refer to return policy under T&C's.

Do you have a gift wrap service?

Gift wrapping is an additional $5 and can be quickly added to your order at check out - simply select “Yes I'll have it gift wrapped please”. A lovely  ‘4MUM’ gift card will be added. Please fill in the details ‘Gift To’: ‘Gift From’, ‘Gift Message’.

Can I purchase a gift voucher?

We have gorgeous vouchers available from $25 to $250 online. All you have to do is select the amount you would like to purchase and add to cart,  proceed to checkout for purchase.  Gift certificates are delivered via mail or email. If you would like the certificate emailed, please add email address in "special instructions”.

How do I redeem my gift voucher?

It is simple, on the gift voucher there will be promo code #. After you have selected your items and presented with the shopping cart, there will a box for promotional code. Please insert code and press "Use this code". This will deduct the full amount of the gift certificate from your order total.Total sum must be used in one transaction.

Will my online credit card payment be secure?

It most certainly will. Our online payment solution has 128 bit SSL encryption to protect information provided and complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards.
