Payment:

All Pricing on 4mum.com.au is in Australian Dollars (AUD)and includes GST of 10%. Prices are subject to change without noticebut once an order is placed, your price will be honoured.

Fore Mum Pty Ltd accepts payment via credit card, cheque (personal or bank) or direct deposit. Goods will not be delivered until payment has been cleared.

Identification

You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into a transaction on www.4mum.com.au.  If you are under 18 years of age you must have parental consent and the order must be placed by the parent or guardian in their own name. You agree to provide Fore Mum Pty Ltd with a truthful name, postal address and telephone number. You also agree you are an authorized user of the credit card you supply us for payment of products. You understand and agree that ‘4MUM’ have an obligation to fully investigate any possible fraudulent credit card use.

Sold Out Products:

If an item you selected is Out of Stock, we will send you an email withan estimated time of arrival, or discuss with you an alternativeproduct.

Return Policy

Fore Mum Pty Ltd will gladly exchange or provide a  refund(less postage costs) on any item you purchase (excludes Magazine subscription ,Endota vouchers and 4MUM gift vouchers) provided it is returned to us unused in original condition (tags still attached) within 14 days of your purchase.Please contact us via email: customercare@4mum.com.au to arrange a return. Fore Mum Pty Ltd will provide you with a Return Authorisation number, this must be detailed on the return package.

Unfortunately we do not refund postage costs. In the case of a refund, where delivery of your item was via our "free shipping offer" a fee of $8.95 will be deducted from your refund amount to partially cover our original postage costs. In the case of the exchange of an item you will be responsible for a postage charge of $8.95 to ship the new items.

Delivery:

In the event that the customer (or reciepient of a purchase) is unable to receive goods and a the parcel is returned to Fore Mum by the courier company, Fore mum reserves the right to charge the customer the full cost of shipment(s)f for both the original despatch and any redelivery.  This charge may exceed the standard postage costs displayed on this web site and will be validated with the couriers actual charge and reason for return.

Return of Damaged/Faulty Goods

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48hrs to arrange a replacement. Please contact us via email: customercare@4mum.com.au or phone to notify us of the damage.  We ask that you kindly return the goods with labels and packaging included. Fore Mum Pty Ltd will replace faulty items on approval of fault.  No shipping will be charged on replacement of faulty items. If, for any reason we no longer have the product in stock we will offer you an exchange or a full refund. Please allow  7 days for refund to be processed. All refunds will be in the original form of payment for the item.

Sale Items

We regret that discounted items are final sales and are not eligible for exchanges or refund for change of mind.

Vouchers

Fore Mum Pty Ltd cannot be responsible for vouchers lost, stolen or expired. So please keep in a safe place.
Fore Mum Pty Ltd vouchers are valid for six months and are not redeemable for cash.Total sum to be used in one transaction.


Newsletters

When you become a Customer of  ‘4MUM’, we may send you information about new products and special offers from time to time. You will always have the option of unsubscribing from future newsletters on the bottom of each communication.


Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Fore Mum Pty Ltd from any liability, penalties, losses, damages, expenses, legal fees, causes of action or claims caused by or resulting directly or indirectly from your use of our products which damages either you or any other parties without limitation or exception.

Refusal or Discontinuation of services or products

Fore Mum Pty Ltd has sole discretion and reserves the right to refuse or discontinue the supply of services or products to any person for whatever reason.

This disclaimer and all web activities performed on www.4mum.com.au are governed by the state laws of New South Wales.
